Weston at a Glance
Population: 9,090
Area: 19.9 square miles
Residents choose Weston for its understatement and privacy. They like returning to the picturesque town after a day spent in the rush of trains, highways and commercial centers.
Weston is located in Fairfield County just north of Westport and enjoys close ties with its neighbor, but is markedly different. Easy access to the Merritt Parkway, I-95, and train stations in both neighboring towns of Westport and Wilton makes commuting either into Manhattan or Westchester County possible.
Weston residents are proud of their exceptional public education. Expansion projects have recently been completed to meet the needs of a considerable enrollment growth including the new Weston Intermediate School (3rd, 4th, 5th grades).
The town of Weston recognizes the importance of recreation in the overall quality of life of its residents. Bisceglie-Scribner Park - an outdoor community man-made pond - and Lucius Pond Ordway-Devil's Den Preserve - 1,746 acres of nature preserve - are among two Weston facilities enjoyed by its residents.
