Having raised five children in the area– Sue considers herself fortunate to live in such a beautiful community. She has been in the business for almost twenty years servicing the Westport, Weston, Wilton, and Fairfield markets. Sue joined Riverside Shavell in 1990 – which was subsequently acquired by Coldwell Banker in 1999. While at Coldwell Banker, Sue was a member of Coldwell Banker’s International President’s Premier - the highest designation awarded to the top 1% of realtors employed by Coldwell Banker. Additionally, she has been on the Top 10 List of Producers within the state of Connecticut for the past seven years. Her business philosophy has evolved from her personal life – to treat people with integrity, honesty and respect. The purchase and sale of typically one’s greatest investment – one’s home, is a major business decision and she believes it should be approached by applying the highest standards and values, with regard to the clients needs – both financially and emotionally. She regards herself as being extremely fortunate to have been an integral part of the Fairfield County community and a successful real estate professional in the area for many years.
